Does a LT500R have a power valve. My dads recently blew up and when we took it apart we had to disconnect a arm that was connected to a valve. I was wondering was this a powervalve he said it was a exaust dump. I think its a powervalve. what is it. there is a small window and the arm that is connected to this thing is behind the window.

Yeah I think that both the LT250 and LT500 both had power valves.

Yes that is the exhaust valve! You need it. Dont forget the way it was before. It gives you low end plus top end.
