Default Pipes for the Z

I was thinking of putting the trinity on mine. I was wondering which other pipes do pretty well. I dont want anything with a spark arrester.

I have a Trinity on the way, when it comes I will post how I like it. I have heard that the Trinity and Yosh are the two best.

The Trinity has the best looks and the best gains. What more could you ask for?

I just ordered the MBRP slip-on this morning. I'll let you know all about it once it's on and dialed in.

I have an FMF Powerbomb header and Titanium 4 muffler. I got the AMA legal 17", and it is reasonably quiet. There are several different endcaps you can run. Power increase was pretty dramatic, both on bottom and top ends.

I would go with a Yoshi or the MBRP!

The Trinity is an awesome pipe. My buddy just got his and we compared it last week. My wife has a stock Z400 and the buddy has the K&N Kit from Alba, with the full Trinity Pipe. Big improvement in low and mid range power. The sound is awesome....albeit a little loud. A second friend of mine has the White Bros E-Series slip on, but it doesn't appear to make near the low/mid range gains.

I have been planning on going with an MBRP pipe for my Baja and my wife's Z400, but now not so sure. The Trinity on my bud's was really sweet. I need to see a MBRP in person to be sure. The MBRP is quiet though. Around 95 decibels. The Trinity will pump out around 105.
