87race, I really doubt that slope is taking this seriously. I mean come on, just based on his nickname I can tell that he has a sense of humor. I don't remember saying that I am a god. I just got my first lt500 as well. I found it very amuzing that he thought the quad was called godzilla and he appears to be asian. We can't always be serious you know. I certainly appears that I do judging by your post. Other than that I don't really have any problem with any race. Judging by your pics it would appear that you need to look in the mirror and re-evaluate what race you are. Apparantely slope has no problem with his/her race. Now back to the subject, although the lt500 may be too fast I have seen them used by small women and other than starting them they tend to like the low end torque. A four-stroke would probably be better suited if you intend on putting around cause the 2s don't take well to putting (foul plugs). Just my two cents.

Come on guys this is has gone far enough.

First off Sloppy is goofing on all of us.

NO ONE in their right mind buys a 500cc bike then complains it is too fast how do I slow it down???..... then comes back next post and says he wants to race it???

Feeding trolls is kind of like feeding gators don't do it just say no.

Lanksta I do have a problem with asians. I think there are too damn many of them. As for slopehead, thats and damned good nickname. I think you should get a big bore kit & nitrous and really scare yourself. 130 lbs, man you could fly on that quad.

Offroader....your probably right.....just sounded like he was a young guy looking for some answers. Know I'm starting to think allcool may have the right idea. I've just seen some crazy questions on these boards, and this wasn't the worst. There was one guy (not sure if it was here or ATV Source) but he wanted to know if he could use a hair dryer to make a turbo for his quad. I think that guy got ripped on for something like 2 months. I guess even longer, because I'm still talking about it. I just thought of something.....Slopehead just don't push the throttle so far in.....you won't go as fast.

If you want to slow it down put a smaller sprocket on in the front and a bigger one in the rear and run smaller tires, BUT BEWARE you won't be able to keep the front end on the ground unless you put fluid in them maybe!....MAYBE!!
