if the quad was made to hit 40 foot jumps .it would have been built a little better ..AND WOULD COST MORE TO..but its not ..its a sport quad ..not a racing quad...i read alot of threads about people cracking there frames and how the front shocks suck and the rear axles bending ..and this and that...what are you doing to your quads for all this to happen ..i have one and 2 other buddies have them and we have no problams..im not saying there not going to have problams but if you beat the crap out of the quad..its going to break....if you wanted a race quad ...you should of found a old 250 or something..even then the frames broke on those to but..stop winning about your 2003 z400 breaking when you beat the crap out of it..im not going to start crap about other quads but look at the raptor..its 6500 dollars and they had bad trannys in some of them...and had bad starters or look at the cannondale they are even more money and there motors blow ..or better yet they filed chapter 11...everything breaks when you kick the crap out of it...and for the ones who come here and say (i beat the crap out of my quad and it still runs great)give it time..it will break.......im also not saying suzuki is the best ..but what did you expect...its a first year model..it was only 5600..they got to work the bugs out.yamaha worked out most of the bugs for the 2001 raptor tranny...(WHAT DO YOU KNOW ANOTHER FIRST YEAR MOdel)..

What should you expect ? I expect a company to do R&D on the quad or bike and fix the problems then Release it. NOT Release it and let the buyer pay out of there pocket for there lack of R&D. When they release a quad or bike with know flaws the buyer has to pay to fix it. Then when he sells it he takes another hit in the pocket ($$) because no one wants to buy that year and make.

You are right the 250r frames did brake, you do know that was 15years ago right? Sorry bud but we all took it in the shorts so these companies could make an extra buck...

Exactly raptor jay. Very few 250r frames broke in their first year, it took a few years to wear down the 250r frame, and those were by the top racers in the country that werent breaking them. Your zuki's are very new and are having frame issues. The axle thing i can understand, but the frames shouldnt be tearing apart so soon. Its not like there is a lot of stress on the dang things, no more then a normal "sport" quad would go through. I think you just like to hear yourself talk. And thats fine...i have a girlfriend the same way...blah blah blah blah blah

If the Z's not made to jump then what's it made for? What category is that quad in and what style of riding is it designed for??... like MX are you suppose to buy a whole aftermarket frame, it should be able to take the abuse because that's what it's designed for. I don't see many 400ex frames cracked. And what is the real difference between a sport quad and a race quad, dont you think that people will ride them like race quads.
