I had this problem as well

Since I got my SHIFT pants,,,this doesnt happen anymore.

I have this problem on my banshees with O'neal pants. Except I get both pipes. I have tried everything and can't get the black off of my new pipes.

I would try new pants but I am sure that the same thing would happen to my boots, so I guess I will have to come up with something else.
