Default Any advice on Tether Kill Switches?

I am going to race this summer and I need a Tether for my Z, do you guys recomend any particular brand? I have been looking at Pro Design the most. Any suggestions?

Pro design all the way!!! I have had 6-8 pro designs and not a single complaint.

I know some aftermarket companies make a trick handlebar clamp that incorporates the pro-design kill switch in the center. I don't know if they offer it for the Z yet. Nac's racing carries these clamps. Pretty nice because it gives a clean look and your kill switch is out of the way and the cord is out of the way.

You read my mind.

A friend of mine has one he is not going to use on his GSXR, because the electronics are too complex on the bike.

What type is the pro design? When the clip pops, does it complete the circuit or break the circuit?

Completes the circuit. RaptorRacer says he keeps blowing the dyna box because it grounds the positive coil wire to ground. I have the dyna on both of my banshees along with a pro-design switch wired so it grounds the positive wire and I have yet to have problems. Pro-design directions do tell you to ground the pickup itself I believe if the bike has a battery.
