Default Vinson tires.. need advise on new ones

if you aren't wanting to tear up the lawn, then stay away from the ITP 589's. They are a very good mud tire but they are really aggresive and will tear up any soft dirt, like a nicely watered lawn.

Default Vinson tires.. need advise on new ones

Allright guys here is my feedback on the ITP ATR"S 6 ply radials for my vinson. I have only had the tires on for about 4 good rides now and my experience with them so far is mixed. We still have some snow on the ground and everthing is muddy as hell. They handle real good at high speeds, ripping through the soft terrain with ease. In Wet, slick, slippery, uphill situations, they kinda lack the bite needed and the tires seem to spin out a little to easilly in these situations, even in four wheel drive. In mud, they did ok. just rev it up and ripp right threw. So far i can say im very pleased with these tires and im sure when things dry up a little around here, these tires will be perfect for the riding that i do. I Cant wait to get it up to the mountains and see how these tires do in rocky situations.
Peace
