steering stem help lt 500

Default steering stem help lt 500
does anyone know if the stem for a 87 is the same for all years? i think they have diff part numbers.are they interchangeable?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

I don't think they are interchangeable cause at the Lonestar site it says on the listing LT500R and then LT500R 87 only. They are both the same price though.

the 87 differs from the year 88-90....... I know this because i have had both kinds before.
