I figure it is just a matter of time before Suzuki comes out with a Big Bore Sport Quad.
Will it Smoke all of the competition? I don't believe that it will be any faster than what we already have out there. Whether or not it is an organized prohibition on producing a Quad that will do over 75 mph, or has 60 rwhp is a debate for another thread. What I do know is that it can't be a mistake that all of the top performers from each of the quad manufacturers all seem to have fairly close performance numbers, even though they get there in several different ways. I don't expect any Big Bore from Suzuki to be any different. But it would be nice to have another choice out there.
I could be wrong though. Just my opinion.

From what i picked up Suzuki is looking at a big bore V-Twin...it is definitley not the Kawi V-Twin...now where i didnt get specifics was whether it was coming from the bullet or street bike line. But from what i hear it is a wicked power plant. Suzuki will probably put in a utility quad first (couldnt say why when they have the vinson) with the sport machine coming shortly after...utility machine will be independent if they can resolve weight issue. Now the person i talked to wouldnt say if it would be detuned like the Kawi V-Twin...just said that it has the potential to lead the pack and he couldnt see them releasing a new quad they didnt. How the V-Force does will determine there commitment to the big bore sport aspect...they are pleased with the sales of the z400 and are impressed with how well the prairie is doing...sounds to me like they would like to get a bigger piece of pie...you have to be impressed with how committeed Suki has become recently.
