Default lt 500 head

how tight should i make the head bolt on my head?i was going to put on cool head. with a 64cc dome. but all the talk i have seen about aftermarket heads and stuff im haveing second thoughts. i cant see someone going and makeing an aftermarket head and it not being better than the stock one?

Default lt 500 head

There is nothing wrong with running a coolhead on your Zilla. Use a factory (Suzuki) gasket. Use spray on copper coat both sides of the gasket, torque spec is 21 ft lbs. Enjoy the ride!

thanks for the info.what is this copper spray? what does it do and were do i get some. thanks

Most auto parts stores carry copper coat, Permatex & K&W make it.
