I believe the term Mach-Jesus fits well here.... but it's merely seat of the pants, and the fact that I hand several banshee's their A$$ in the sand drags... Most recent victim is RZ powervalved, ported, piped, big carb banshee...

who has the fastest LT250/500?
I'm not saying mine is the fastest LT 500. Ive never been to Glamis or Pikes Peak. I will tell you my motor mods since your asking. I have an 88. I welded on the bigger 87 size reed cage with V-force reeds, triple exhaust ports, nicasil bore, rotax style powervalve, KX 500 flat top piston, KX rod, o-ringed the stock head, TM carb is at 39.5mm, and made a pipe. I mostly trail ride in Black River Falls WI. I've also raced MX, hair srambles, road raced and drag raced. I like the LT 500 because it seems to be good "all around" quad. As for speed, I honestly don't know. I've never radared it with the latest mods.

88 lt 250r turboed,nitros,14tooth f sprocket,65 rear, 275/30/17tires on custom wheels,aero stuff up the wazo,titanuim frame, clocked at 225.58mph at an airforce base runway clocked beside a f-117 at crankup to lift off. he he he he he i wish... just kiddin mines pretty much stock for now im building as money alows me to,damn bills,i dragged my old lady in her 92 escort and really smoked her.i raced my neighbor on his 03 yamerhaha crochet rocket and beat him for a half block.also raced a buddy on his 02 honda xr650r and took him till he hit 3rd. when im done i wanna eat his lunch. also ran a few raptors at our local track and stommped them hard. silley craptors why do they try so hard.....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

who has the fastest LT250/500?
The guy that convinced me to buy my 89 lt250 has had his since it was new. In his garage he has like 3 of every after market product you could buy . He has done the hard work in finding the perfect combo of after market accessories. I ve wrote most my upgrades on a past subject so i wont get into it again ,but an LRD pipe is definately worth getting. I bought my lt250 for 1800 and put about 2400 into the motor and buying aluminum to make it lighter. It weighs in at about 285lbs. All i know is ive raced a few raptors with the usual expected upgrades and smoked them no problem. I laugh because they spent twice as much as me and eat my dust.
