Default 2007 hybird 200cc

hi forum ,im new and want to thank everyone for having a site like this,i belong to a goldwing site also ,without you guys i would be lost. anyway i bought my sons a 2007 hybird quad 200cc it doesent run as strong as i think it should, ive been told they are shipped with low carb jets for kids my boys are 16 14 then i ride it sometimes, is there anyway to get more power like adjusting carb or do i have to replace jets? can u please help me in all the ways you can with any other useful info on this bike also. thank you larry

Default 2007 hybird 200cc

Hi Larry, welcome to the forum.

My father in-law has a 200cc Hybird, he likes it alot. I rode his a couple of times and it seems to me that first and reverse feel a little under powered. I think that changing the rear sprocket to a larger one would solve this. But doing this will also cut down on the top end.

I personally like more low end for trail riding. We havn't changed his sprocket yet but may look into it in the future. As far a jetting, these ATVs come jetted a little lean. We are in high altitude so I think My father in-laws will be just right. As for yours, I have read of others changing there jets and getting better cold starts.
