Default Carb. Problem?

Bike will start up fine. After a few minutes it will start to idle too fast. And when applying throttle, you can give it maybe 1/4 throttle and it starts sputtering horrible, and that's all the throttle you can give it to keep it running. I checked the air filter, spark plug, and clamps on carb and airbox. All were fine. Do not know much about the carb. Would like an old pro to give a few tips on where to start with this! Thanks.

Sounds like the main jet is plugged. Shouldnt be too hard to remove the float bowl, and remove the jets, and clean them.
