I purchased a coolsport 110 atv dealer fired it up first try even though the wires to the safety lanyard were broken.
Got it home ran for about half an hour would not restart no spark at plug.
Pushed it out of shop turned it around started with no problem.
Ran all day until near miss with tree engine died has had no spark since
Have tried new plug, cdi, coil, and battery.
Have gone thru all wiring found no breaks or exposed wires
Need help this was a gift for a young lady who is heartbroken

I have noticed poor wiring design on my Cool Sports ATV. I like the way the Cool Sports models are put together in general, but wiring leaves something to be desired. Case in point, the wiring run along the side of the front srocket, with no protection. I had to replace all the wiring, because the chain had come off while the previous owner was riding, and slashed all the wiring. I've had to inspect the entire wiring harness, and make sure all wires were of adequate gauge, and out of harms way.
