I have heard alot about removing the baffle can harm your engine. I have a k&n filter and have removed the baffle, and just checked the spark plug i put in 6 months ago and it looks almost new. Should i be worried?

Well removing the baffle won't really give you any more power, it will just make it louder. And the K&N will allow more air, so technically you could be running slightly lean. But if you keep the air box lid on perhaps the K&N has not increased the air flow enough to make any real difference.

Also...I would rather error to the rich side if my air /fuel mixture was a bit off...but as ss said if your plug looks as good as you say then I would think you are fine.

if you were to take off the lid and remove the muff.tip a 142.5 -145 MJ
by remove i mean using a hole saw and cutting the center out of the spark arrester that came with , or you could replace with an after market end cap .
just that much could bump your HP up to 3-4 HP ,change your air boot to a 400ex
boot and bump it up some more . after that HP starts to get expensive ,about
$100. per HP. cheep HP is the best HP.
