Default 02 Grizzly 660, won't run off choke ? any ideas

I am new to the site, and I have a 2002 Grizzly 660, that is giving me headaches. I have pretty much rebuilt the carb. as new , still won't run off choke. I have replace throttle cable, carb jets, spark plug, fluids as new. Any ideas ... help.... do you think it could be a possible rev. limiter switch? Thanks Richardg

The only thing a choke does is add more fuel.
For some reason you pilot circuit in the carb is not working correctly.
Your going to have to go into the carb and find out why.

like stated earlier your gonna have to perform carb surgery. i know u said the jets are new and everything but there is a small possibility that it could be clogged

holla
just some thoughts from me

Sounds like the carb is sucking air from a crack or maybe around a gasket. Here is a quick trick you can try... while the engine is running, spray a little carb cleaner on the outside of the carb. If the enging speeds up, you have found the leak. if not, it's got to be something in the carb.

I accidently reversed the jets when I rebuilt my girls 05 and it was the same symptom. Make sure the larger jet is in the main spot and smaller not.
