Piston on blaster sometimes catches and stops it from turning over

I bought a new Wisco crankshaft, bearings and seals for it. It took three days of taking it apart, cleaning everything thoroughly and reinstalling all the new parts in it and then another day of reassembling it and remounting the engine.
I am waiting on My new piston, rings and top end gaskets.
When it ruined the old/new rings the cylinder didnt have any damage that can be detected. It may be glazed but I cant tell that yet.
I am hopeing that with the new piston and rings that it wont have to have another bore job done on it. It was only ran 20 minutes on the last top end rebuild when it ruined the rings and put 2 knicks on the very top edge of the piston ( due to bad rod and Crank)but I dont see any damage at all in the cylinder so I am hopeing that I can get away with not boring it again. Any ideas?
Thanks Dane
