I have a 2004 Yamaha Kodiak 450 4x4, I am past due for a oil change, but my Question is, What would cause oil/gear oil to seep the rear gearbox vent tube? All over the bottom of my fuel tank, air filter housing, engine, When I checked my rear axle gearbox it was low. Any Ideas or advise would be Greatly appreciated. (not sure if linked issue or not but when i press button for 4wd it dosn't engage, but when i press the locker button it blinks. 4wd hasn't worked in 2 months,) Please let me know
