1993 Timberwolf 250 engine splitting
#1
I'm needing some help. The bolts on the flywheel/rotor assembly broke. It wiped out the stator. Problem is I only found 1 peice the at was broke off. I fear the other 2 fell down into the case. I hear something rattling after I removed the engine. So my question is, how do I split the case on this. I have the top end off. What special tools are needed? Can I heat (with heat gun) the case to make the bearing slide off? Any help would be great.

Flexible magnet?? May or may not help get all trash or metal parts. If you have to split the engine nothing better than the manual. Found this one and down loaded to see if it was good. Shows to be a good shop manual that has step by step with good illustrations on engine tear down and assy.Best thing is that it was free..https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...msHLZg&cad=rja
