Default 2003 polaris Trailblazer 250 spark issue..

I recently purchased a 2003 Polaris Trailblazer 250. The person whom I bought it for said it only needed an ignition coil and coil wire. So I purchased a brand new one installed it in the 4 wheeler started right up and drove for about 30 minutes. Soon after I heard some clicking noise but not very loud coming from the engine and then it shut down and will no longer start. I checked the ohm resistance from the stator and I am at 119 which all books and YouTube says is perfectly fine. My issue is I have a constant negative coming from the kill switch which allows me not to get spark when it is connected as soon as I disconnect it I get spark but it will not start. I am also under question as to the wire coming from the CDI box that goes to the tab on the ignition coil solenoid as to why it is constant ground at all times. Please help with any questions if needed I have had enough of this and would like to get it running thanks in advance Tony

The blue wire or blue/white wire that goes from the cdi to the coil sends a small spark signal that is magnified by the coil and sent to the plug. Just my two cents since it made noise while you were riding it,check compression first before you branch off on electronics. Clicking, tapping or screeching noises from the engine could be piston related.
