So I might have found out the reason of why my 400 wont start, right now it only pops. Previously when first got it, it was sitting for about 6-7 years so I slapped a used carb on it and did a water pump gasket and some other small stuff to it and it ran well for a few weeks. But then after it sits recently it wont start. Pulled the carb on it yesterday and found out the choke was stuck open and the float was off set a bit, thought that was the issue until i try to start it today.
