So I received a quad. I made sure it had full charge and turned the key the dash light came on then put the switch to run and hit the start button and nothing!! Not even a crank. So I put booster cables on and put it right to the starter and turns over great.

I seen the tether plug it was in then there is a box beside that witch I do not know what it is???? So what could this be for a reason it will not crank ???? Is there a couple things u need to do before you hit the start button?? Like brakes or??? Please do let me know any ideas would help. Thank you
