Have a 2009 Suzuki z400. When I first got the quad I rode it all day and it was fine, go out the following day and rode for 5 minutes and the quad went into some sort of limp mode like it had been overheated. It would fire up but as soon as I hit the throttle it would shut off. Took it to the dealer and they rebuilt the water pump. Go out for a ride and it was fine a whole day then go out the following day and after an hour it goes back into limp mode. Any ideas what the issue is? Dealer thinks it needs to be reflashed. Could a faulty ECU cause it to think it's being overheated when it's really not? Fan only comes on for 15 second intervals then shuts back off. Only mods are a big gun evo exhaust and a big gun tuner. Could really use some here. Thanks
