Default Carburetor Idle screw

Hello, I rebuilt the carb with my daughter on her 2001 Polaris Trailblazer 250 and she removed the Idle Screw, my question is what is the proper starting point from seated??? I cant get it to continue to run without throttle. Choke is probably out of adjustment as well, but I figure if I can get it warmed up with the throttle I can figure the choke out.

If you used a rebuild kit, all the specs for settings should be in the instructions. Otherwise a general starting point is 1 1/2 -2 turns out to start.
