2001 300ex

I just put full fmf q silencer exhaust on and new uni foam filter. Stock 122 jet up to 130. I cleaned carb really well. It starts alright but at idle it's a little rough and wants to stall. I kmow slow jet is frequently looked passed but think I should go up one...38 to 40. I messed with idle a little but seems the same. It also seems to get pretty hot but am unsure of what too hot would actually be. I feel I'm running a bit lean. I have pilot out 3 for was the suggested but also am reading early years were set at factory anyway. Any advice would be killer!!😊
