Paint splatters on truck paint.
#1
Hi, recently I had noticed that I had gotten specs and splatters of white paint on my car. I am not sure what kind of paint it is, more than likely an outdoor paint. I was wondering what the best way to remove the white paint, without damaging the car paint at all. So far ive just done the basic wash, and been using my finger nail to get some of the small specs, but the rest wont come off. Just wondering if anyone has an easy solution.

Different paints require different methods of removal. Also depends on the surface it is on. If it is on a good coat of wax it could help a lot in the removal.
I would suggest you take it to a reputable body shop or check with your insurance company for help. Insurance companies often have sources for damage repair.

Use Goof Off. It comes in a small yellow can with red lettering. Works great. After it removes the dried paint, just wax the area again. Should be good as new. I just used it to remove black marks off the paint on my truck. Can get it at any hardware, paint store or wally world. Lt. Dan
