Question on Toyhaulers

That's an awesome setup Radical! You must have a good hookup on diamond plate aluminum, that stuff isn't cheap!!
My 7x16 enclosed will be delivered on Monday and I plan to do something very similar. I'll probably go with a futon instead of a raised bed though, I want to leave room for a toilet and shower.

I'm having a hard time finding a 7' wide cargo trailer with the wheelwells flush with the side panels, not covered by fenders outside. I have only so much room next to the house and anything else is too wide

Thanks!
It is a "Rance Aluminum" 7X14EM (enclosed M/C) trailer out of Elkhart, IN. www.rancealuminum.com
it is an all aluminum trailer with a 5000 pound gross weight rating. It was about $5000 with the wheels, side trim, side door, roof vent, and front ATP guard. I added the rest. The inside was as shown in the first few photos....empty. I am still adding up the total cost. I'm sure my cost to build it will be mind blowing, but I didn't skimp on anything, and ended up with a better quality rig than I could buy, and just the way I wanted it. I could also spend a little $$ at a time as I used it and better understood how I needed to set up the trailer.
You can buy cheaper trailers with steel frames, but I am into this one for the long haul and didn't want it rusting away before I finished building it!

On the bed, it was the cornerstone of the interior design. I placed a priority on being able to sleep in the rig without having to unload it first. You may notice in the photo of the floor being washed, that the bed is hinged up out of the way. it also is hinged in the rear third so it can fold up to the ceiling even with the side door. There are gas springs on the bed to assist in lifting it. I use a portable shower and potty so the bed location is not an issue. most of my storage is under the bed in the "v" of the trailer.
here is a list of stuff stored in the trailer or for optional use....
I'm working on the kitchen sink!

I was going to comment with a couple of smart-a$$ remarks regarding quieting down the EU3000 genny and stuff like that. Then I realised how much I would have to edit.
