Default 97 powerstroke and 91 silverado with 21 foot Interstate

Hey guys, We recently purchased an Interstate Snow Sport 21 Foot covered trailer. We bought it new from the dealership for a smoking deal! Anyways I was just wondering if anyone knows about this trailer and if they are built good. Another question is how good our trucks will pull it. We will pull it with a 1997 Ford Super Duty 7.3 Powerstroke most of the time. However on occasion we might use our 1991 silverado 350 5.7. How will these trucks perform? Thanks for the info...Looking to deck out the new trailer soon!

The Stroke won't even really know it's there. The Chevy will, but will have no problems with it depending on how heavy you go or the hills your on. Both will be fine. If you want to go 80, (like most people do in Utah!!!) take the Stroke.

P.S. Keep the 7.3 it's a really good engine. The 6.0 or the 6.4; well; that's a different story.

I've got a '97 F350 with the 7.3 and a '07 F350 with the 6.0 sitting in the driveway.........
I love 'em both. The 6.0 has been great so far. Made trips to California, Idaho, Arizona towing my trailer at 15,000 lbs. I can't complain at all
It's also nice that Ford extended the factory warranty to 5 year 60,000
With 100,000 on the powertrain still.

Sadly though, the '97 is going up for sale as we speak
