That was like 8 years ago. I think those winches weren't the greatest anyway, I remember them being much cheaper than a Warn winch, about 1/2 the price. I never did do it after that though. Superwinch makes winches that are about the same price as that Viper and I believe they are pretty good quality though. I remember saving the link to Cabella's for the 2500 lb winch that somebody mentioned months ago.
