How's this for a friend, My buddy (best man in my wedding) decides he wants to join the family and I when we go riding and camping[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] So he buys a Honda 650 a couple months ago. I know it's a motorcycle, but hey, it's riding and enjoying the great outdoors[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Anyways, he calls me up last night, tells me he came across a motorcycle and decided to buy it. That way, he and I can go riding together with[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Now that is cool [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img] Here's a picture of the bike Suzuki 650 It only has 355 miles on it. The original owner took it on the highway and got scared[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] and decided it wasn't for him[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] It looks like it came off the showroom floor[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I see a trip to the Sierras is in the near future[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I got a copy of my police report today.. and she said i ran 2 stopsigns and failed to use my signals at 5 turns and i was accelerating... i can't remember the direct term but we'll say excessivly. Ok so if i ran the first two stopsigns and didnt use my signals why didnt she pull me over then.. why did she allow me to drive another half a mile? BTW I stopped fully at all stops. and i used my signals at all turns. for focks sake I SEEN HER BEHIND ME IM NOT STUPID. this will be fun in court [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I know there are some out there[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] And it is a shame!! I agree, don't know why she would of allowed you to drive that far, unless there were circumstances that prevented her from pulling you over safely when she observed the first moving violation.

there was plenty of places prior to the parking lot of the house im staying at to pull me over [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] it was a pretty lame manuever on her part. she knew she had no probable cause for the stop so she made it up.. its friggin crap. anyway she made many other errors in my favor wich is GOOD.

as fer the foot.. its finally feeling better.. Not 100% yet.. prolly around 75% id say.. Good enough i might be able to start riding agin. Its been a rough go.. I've been off it pretty much completly for the last month.. It got really bad after the whole arrest thing and it was gettin close to better. messed it up with a combination of wakeboarding and doing a handstand between a couple tables [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

There are definately more honest people out there[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] then dishonest ones[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] However Toyo, if you had not been put yourself in the situation to get arrested (DUI ?) than it probably would of only been a moving violation.

Is this the situation you had talked about a few months back?

 

that sounds like fun.. I been really wanting a motorcycle again.. but currently my toy budget is being allocated to legal fees and what not [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] MWQ would say the price is just perfect on it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I think he might be a lil jealous [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
