I understand motor vehicles. But seriously a horse or bicycle WTF? Like when i had my suspended liscense from the "DOL Hearing" Seperate from the criminal aspect of DUI. That B!tch had not the grounds to suspend my liscense cuz the officer had seriously screwed up in his procedure. she was a man hating feminazi. grrrrr. anyway so i had 90 day suspension then trial god that was a piece of work. Officer had completely fabricated his whole report as if straight outta a book to get a man convicted ya know. and then during pretrial hearings the officer never showed up so he couldnt be questioneed and they went off his false report. grrrrrr i was being made and example of and it was crap. there has been allot of changes in our DUI laws around here and i was gettin the stiff end. finally we plea bargined and got down to a Neg 1 for the Spinning of the tires. which let me say I DID NOT DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

(edit) K im a tard agin. anyway what i was gettin at before sidetracked was that I got pulled over on my mt bike while on suspended and got all sorts of harrased (i wasnt wearing a helmet and had a backpack fulkl of BEER [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] ) He was not bein nice to me. and i stayed calm kewl and collected. i think he wanted to fight but i wasnt lettin it go there. think was i was riding on the shoulder of the road in the BIKE LANE not swerving just goin home. what the hell if i am dumb enough to get my drunk **** runned over on a bicycle thats my choice. Creator, In today's paper there is a crap load of toy trailers for sale. Been actually seeing a lot of large 31' plus trailers for sale. Wonder if they finally figured out the nissan or 1/2 tons can't haul that much and it's cheaper to get rid of the trailer, then the truck[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]I mean, buy a new truck for $40,000+++ or get a new trailer for $20,000+++.I don't know, haven't figured out why that is, the large trailers being sold. I guess with Thanksgiving coming up, people think it's time to sell now. While people are thinking about buying a toy trailer for the holidays.

Yea, even a horse or bicycle. They whole concept is to keep them off the roads. At all costs. I mean look it now, you have the pocket rockets now, last year it was the stand up weed eater motors on 2 wheels.
When does it stop? So, you take a person's D.L. for driving a car, now they just drive what ever they can afford, pocket rocket $200 or so, no insurance, etc. Who really is loosing on this deal? It's the next victim that is hit by this joker. My experience showed that pretty much, a one time drunk doesn't get caught after that "one" too many drink. It's the person who habitually drinks and drives. I wasn't there, so, I won't comment. But, down here, it's crazy. This weekend, CHP and the local City Police will have their respective "check points" working. I mean, we "advertise" in the paper and media, check points will be in effect. And we still catch people DUI[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]Not a weekend goes by, where you really don't have a fatality because of DUIs. MD, on the topic of fines and what not, what's the fine (and VC) for talking on cell phone? My supervisor just asked me about it. I'm sure I can find the VC looking around, but not sure about the fine. I assume it's a moving violation.
