It's my understanding that anything above 60 hp should have the boost, trans and pyro guages.

The way you have your truck set up is awesome Wish mine could just sit with the trailer attached waiting for the next fun trip But, I just love mine to much, to watch it sit in the drive way. I enjoy driving it every chance I can
I'm sure you could use a 6 speed up in them hills
Even a stock truck needs gauges if you tow heavy IMO. My WW weighs around 11,500lbs loaded.
With both my 02 and 04, I can hit 1250F on the EGT pretty easy. Especially that long hill coming back from Glamis.
I know people say a stock truck should be fine...... but that has not been my experience.

I see this thread needs an injection of life, so i'm back. I was going to use golden shower in my first reply to ww's pee-mail... but i thought NO WAY that was going to fly past the censor... ww uses it and gets a big laugh. see, i told ya that you guys just wanna pick on the poor Canadian. oops, is that the whining ww was accusing me of?

I was at *****'s funeral. pretty cool, they did it at the Ford dealership. 100's of people crammed in the shop. Had his casket sitting in an '04 F350 Crew cab shortbox diesel.

ww, french safe=condom.

jetsnow, I have zero cash left for a sled. BUT, my wife's logger cousins that got me into atving live on their sleds. they're fanatical about them. I've been warned that if i enjoy atving, i'll love sledding. funny, these guys swear Polaris is the best sled, but none of them care much for Polaris atvs.

AND what are ya talking about Dodge for?? are you crazy? I mentioned Duramax and got crucified, you talk dodge and nobody says anything. see, they pick on me cuz I'm Cdn.

B&R, I'm picturing principal Skinner's mother/son relationship here.

did you guys notice what a yappy mouthpiece ww is, taking all those liberties with you? I'm much kinder and gentler. the wide receiver from BYU accuses me of being loafer lite??

my truck... the rear pinion seal is leaking again!! replaced it at 22,500 miles, now it's at 55,000 miles and it's leaking like Kyler on the neighborhood kids. ww, is this fire-hydrant kid kinda like the kid from dumb & dumber who bought the bird from the 2 dummies? why would he stand there to get pee'd on? I think he's the one that needs help, your son's actions were normal; I always try to do the same thing at a public urinal... but not get caught (there's a little Pee-Wee Herman and George Michaels in all of us). THe ones who tilt the seat WAYYYYY back. Ugh. My seat back has to be JUST right or it annoys me. I know I've got it set right, but because I had to adjust it, it doesn't feel right. Because I've lost weight, it feels almost like I'm sitting further back from the wheel. But I'm not, it's just my belly isn't so close.I'm not sure where anyone else is. I'm guessing power is up running around some trails up in the forest. it's gotta be beautiful up there right now. I think it's supposed to be mid-90s on the floor today. Should be 10 degrees less at Oakhurst, and lower up in the mountains.Me, recruit women? Noooo. Go back and search and find the first time I replied to a message with her on it. Everyone thought I was trying to pick up on her. Nope. I know when I'm not in a class. Plus I like my women tame. Pole dancer? Too much.
Naw. Ive been sleeping all day..

Thinking about taking the boat out tomorow..

BTW, hope you're all enjoying your sweltering heat. we had a solid week of rain and actually enjoyed it. grass is still brown, but at least we can have campfires at the Gov't campsites again (I hope).

most of you now have new nick-names and it'd be nice if you try and keep with the program.

rescue=Antonio for his legendary brick and tile building skills.
B&R = Seymour Skinner (principal from the Simpsons, but we'll just call him Seymour).
ww= well, I haven't got the perfect handle for you quite yet. I'm thinkin' frat-boy is short and sweet. but kinda plain, and doesn't give the complete picture. maybe 007 for the double life you lead away from home while secretly chatting with us FBK boys. polyorchid polygamist is good, but too long. we could shorten it to PP, in which case it'd have a double meaning encompassing Kyler's new pastime, which is undoubtedly a gene he got from you. For now it's PP, but i reserve the right to change it when I come up with a better name that pegs it.
confused= chick magnet

Mr. Tommy, lincster, Powerstroke 01, jetsnow and trasher, yer gonna have to be patient until you let something slip that we can pounce on and use against you... then you'll have your new handles too!

hey PP, I read your old post and couldn't understand one of the words you used, so i looked it up in the whitewater dictionary. the word? "wife"- ww definition= gadget you screw on the bed and it does the housework.

Oh, truck stuff... ummm, I need 75w-140 synthetic for my rear diff+ friction modifier. kinda hard to find this stuff just anywhere.

Well, a wife would first require a fiance, which would require a girlfriend or "female friend." <cough><cough> And finding one of those that doesn't have a lot of problems is harder than finding a good used car. There aren't too many new, or low mileage 25+ year old ones around. I've looked for newer models, but they tend to not have the kinks (not to be confused with kinky, which is a good thing, well, can be) worked out. The older models tend to come with extra accessories that I may not want, but sometimes aren't that bad.

Can be quite difficult. Maybe I should have WW box up one of them Mormon girls in UT and ship her here. I've heard some of them don't drink, smoke, etc. The ones I find around here don't quite fit the Devout title all that well. She can keep her religion as long as I don't have to. We even have us on of them there Temple thingymajigers in Fresno.

Bed at 2:30 and up at 8:30? LOL. Ok, try 2:30 and up in time to make it to the office by 8... LOL. Yeah, I don't make it to work on time all that much. Nice relaxed work environment. But come 5 I leave tracks getting out of there.

Well, the family and I visited the county fair tonight. Not to bad, A few nice ladies walking aroundI think I would of rather have gone to Pismo though, I'm positive, it would of been cheaper
Confused, you were right, the thread needed to be jump started and you did that. I love WW's new handle,"PP" I don't know about Seymour for B&R, My best firend's name is that, and that's who I picture when I read itSo, I think you need to think harder on that one
And mine, Antonio, Hhmmmm, I think of Melanie Griffith, Not to bad, could think of worse

Power. must be in the air, I had to take a nap today myself, very seldom does that occurs

Confused, You are right about the heat here. It has come back. But you know, we don't get rain during the summer. If we do, it's in the mountains. Right now, there's a wild fire going in a county to the east of us. We've been getting some smoke down in the valley. Friend of ours turned down going up there on a strike team.

The heat during the day, has kept me out of the garage, which means, I haven't put the shocks on the Mojave yet On another note, I'm starting to see more concrete flooring in the garage

Seymour can be Skinner instead. I think Mr. tommy could be Pa, as he's our elder statesman, and from Nevada (isn't that where the Cartwrights were from?). BTW, Lorne Green, ANOTHER good Canadian kid makin' it big in the US.
