Back to the topic at hand Today, I drove a '05 6.0 PSD 4x4 Lariat to San Jose to have a camper shell put on it. Going there @ 73 mph it was averaging 15.3 mpg on the way back with the camper shell on, it was averaging 19.1 mpg at 73 mph I was shocked to see such a jump in fuel economy The truck only had 700 miles on it when we started our trip. So, it is still brand spanking new. I really enjoyed the ride it is a lot smoother then the old leaf spring front end.

On a bad note, we were driving down Interstate 205 (Tracy area) at 65 mph. In the lane next to us and just in front was a SBC truck, it lost a couple of items out of the back and we ended up taking a good hit from one of them on the roof Now a brand new truck has a nice dent in the roof. Fortunately the driver stopped actually, we kind of made him stop. Now, we'll see how SBC management handles the problem.

Actually, it's a work thing. Nothing to do with service. If that were the case it's a no brainer, we have a direct contact at Cingular. Doing some work in Kettleman City. And it's now a T-Mobile tower. One of those two back behind Carl's. The power for the tower goes through where a building is going to be built. Going to start moving dirt in the 16th so something needs to be done...

I shall never be a Post Ho. I don't post to just see myself post.

Anytime I've ever talked to someone from Cingular (in sales, etc.) they sound like they are from Texass. This had nothing to do with our (work) service. See reply above this one.

OUCH. That should be fun. If was down this way probably end up talking to one of my uncles. I think he's on a board or something that deals with screw ups. Should be pretty cut and dry that something came off of one of their trucks and hit the other truck.

Well, you guys sure did have your own private group my goodness that is a lot of people to go camping with Who coordinates that fiasco
it's all the wife's family. they're all loggers from the north. ya sure learn a lot of outdoors stuff from them (several set up their own winter camp while logging the north). anyways, we all know the where and when, we just hafta show up. the only co-ordinating is the 2 out-houses and getting them pumped once a weekend. we all pitch in for that, whether we use it or not.

hmmmmm, mighty interesting indeed.Coincicdence you say? I say NOT!!
Point 1: WHENEVER Hoss posts about miss kitty, she mysteriously appears.
Point 2: 240+ pages back when the "just4" girls were hot for me, Hoss accused them of being posers; a fat 50 y/o guy in his basement.
point 3: the guy who smells the fart first and starts blaming everyone else, is usually the one who did it.

THEREFORE, logic didctates that one of Hoss' multiple Cybil personalitites is Miss Kitty. Hey Hoss, can you also bring back Ned too?

Now Kettleman City, there's a town in the middle of nowhere May as well be in Texas
