you guys are right tho; if he gets in a hairy situation, could be trouble. from now on, FULL riding gear!!

the 8 y/o will be 9 in a couple of weeks. His heavier brother has taken to calling him Hobbit, cuz he's so light and tiny. Hard to believe he's so skinny with his fast-food brother and parents fighting the battle of the bulge. Spoiled Hobbit wants sompin with reverse & headlights & automatic. I want 4-stroke, shaft drive, footbrake. i think i like gears better than automatic, just for the holdback on hills. autos seem to run away, or ya gotta ride the brakes.

I'm really leaning to sompin Chinese cuz they're de-valuing all the other kids quads out there so badly. if i can't beat 'em, i guess i'll hafta join 'em.
You should not be going into a hairy situation without Full Protection

Wait a minute your talking about going to a chinese bike How dear you You are right though, they are de-valuing the rest of the market. Look at Raceway ATV, not just because he is a sponsor here, but because he seems to know his stuff and treat people like humans

One of my co-worker's was talking about moving to Utah today He wants to get a couple of wives to lay around the house.

I own a ETON Viper 90 for Jr and it's been a great little bike so far. I am debating to put a pipe, filter, jetting, and springs on it so I can change the gearing to speed it up. I don't want it to lose any of the bottom end

What kind of tires does it have on it? I know when we went from 22's to 20's, it really gained in the bottom end So, it gets to speed faster Just doesn't have the "top end speed"

I've read alot of good stuff on the etons. but i don't like 2-stroke, chain, and they don't handle deep water well. PLUS, they're expensive for off-shore (altho i realize they're one of the better ones).

You don't like the 6" of rear travel, Hyd. rear disk brake, elec. start, and head lights

the off-shore stuff I've been looking at has Hydraulic rear disc, shaft drive, 4-stroke, headlight(s), electric start 110cc + reverse!!, but for $800 less. not sure on rear suspension travel. One i looked at had single front a-arms and was a little stiff. they're coming out with double a-arms on this year's model.
