Default grizzly or rincon

Hey,

Looking to purchase a grizzly or rincon. Anyone have any suggestions, preferences, problems with either. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

I have a Rincon and this past weekend I rode all day with a few buddies. One of them has a Grizzly and there wasn't any performance difference in the two machines. We drag raced up the sand hills in 4 wheel drive and I beat him 2 out of 3 times. Since both our quads are fairly new ( 95 miles on mine and 200 on his ) we never swapped. He went thru some pretty deep mud holes and his Grizzly would float across them. I didn't try them because I wanted to stay clean.

Both are fine machines. Don't get caught up in everyone else's mine is 2 mph faster than yours. They are both capable machines and will do what you want. It comes down to personal preference. Good luck on your purchase.

I've had them both by the way.

if yo uwant a 4 wheeler you can depend on then get the rincon...if you want a 4 wheeler where the company is better at making pianos than making their 4 wheelers...get the yami....

You could probably guess what I would suggest by my sig, but out of the two you have listed I would go with the Grizzly. Not to say the rincon is bad I just think the Grizzly is better. I have ridden both and have friends that own both. The thought of having a $1200 transmission to replace if I break it doesnt make me feel comfortable to have alot of fun with it. not implying abuse, just what I consider normal.

Bill35, Where do you ride? I grew up in St.peters (Park Charles) and dont live far from there now.
Also need to add Mexico to your list of countries, they're killing us.

I agree with rivermud, for my riding the griz. Also the griz has a locking front dif & my expierance is that the only people that say a locking diff isn't nessesary are people who have never had a wheeler with it.
