I agree but don't just buy a paticular brand of quad just because everyone else has them. Another thing you might consider is customer service of the dealership and do they keep parts in stock or do you have to wait for them to special order. All I can say is do your research.
I'm not sure how we got here isn't the title of this "King of the Utilitys?"

This thread was started almost 14 months ago. If we keep this up, we might actually get 2 model years away from the start of the thread. Oh, by the way, I'm the only 1 or 2 Kawasaki guys out of about 25 people I know who ride. I live in Polaris and Honda country!

I think you will have to put Suzuki's King Quad on top once it comes out. It may not be the biggest or even the fastest but I'm sure it will be the best by far or at least the most fun. Suzuki is doing some great stuff right now and I thing if you get a KQ you will truely be King of Kings.

i can only tell you of my own experiences. in 2000, i shopped all the popular makes and some not so popular ones. i dug thru magazines and manuals until i was almost blind. then i decided on the big bear. then i shopped prices in 5 states before buying.
it gets used, but not abused. it goes hunting and trapping all winter. it goes from soft river sand to hard packed and rocky trails and back everyday. my wife used it to pull hedges (and she rides a honda), and we move the boats around with it every time we mow. in short, my bike does all of our hard labor around here.
i keer her clean and i keep the oil fresh. i've never had a single minutes trouble out of her. when i buy another, i'm sure it will be bigger but you can bet it will still say yamaha on the tank.
