Why doesn’t Polaris compare there machines with the Kawasaki Prairie? I was at the dealership the other day looking at there brochures and sales material on the Sportsman models 500 and up and they didn’t compare these models with the Prairie. I wonder why?

Sometimes it's just easier to admit when you're beat.

because the Prarie is a 650...what would be the point of comparing a 500 against a 650?

MnFriesen, What about the Prairies of less than 500 CCs? Refer to my previous post.

they do not compare to bikes with out IRS. If you were not interested in IRS, you would not be checking out the Sportsman line.

Polaris could compare the Prairie 650/700 to there 600 or 700 models... I am not sure if all there comparisons are made to only IRS machines, I didn’t notice. One of the reasons why I am looking at Polaris is the appearance /cosmetics they are much better looking than their counterparts. Also their longevity of the 500 line. I do like the IRS suspension.
