Default 2004 Suzuki Vinson 500 Auto 4X4

Hi, My Parents Said They Would Get Me A Utility Quad For Christmas. They Said I Could Get The 2004 Vinson 500 4X4. Even Though I Hate Utilities I Really Want A 4-Wheeler. Im 6'1 240 Lbs. Thats Over 840 Lbs. Total (Me And Quad). Is This Quad Fast? Whats The Stock HP.Would It Be Good For Cross Country? I Live In Southern Ohio So Theres Alot Of Wooded Areas And Mud. Thanks.

this is the fastest 500 on the market and will beat some of the big boars out there, depending on how you ride. I can top mine out in the upper 60's. It also handels supprisingly well, I can through the back out at will and it feels like its alot lighter than it is. I forgot where but I read somewhere that the stock hp is 32.6 hp at the shaft. I weigh about 205, I have 30lbs of warn winch, and probly 30-40 pounds of after market bumpers and skid plates, and i has no problem ripping me around. As far as i have seen its the best sport utility in the handeling department due to its light weight, solid rear axle and sporty suspension. This makes it very easy and a whole lot of fun to leave the bigger quads behide in tight woods, and technical trails even with the difference in power between it and the bigger boys.

In the end its not what you ride its how you ride it!!

Will ur parents consider anthing else?
Might want to consider a Scrambler 500... It's a Ute/sport 4x4...
38hp. I got mine up to 65mph... & looks alot more sportier
Gotta say It's way too much fun..

We Were Looking At A VForce 700. Perfect For XC (Except No 4-Wheel Drive) :-( Might Go For Prarie 700.

one other thing i should say is you should look for a left over 2003 manual. being able to shift give you more of a sporty feel and makes things way more fun. And buy the way it will take a scrambler, clawing and scraping and eat it alive.
