I have heard that they will float without a passenger or loaded racks, whats everyone elses take on this. Ice fishing around my house has got me wondering a bit..

 

If you crash your Rincon through the ice into deep water it will:

A. Sink.

or

B. Roll over like a dead 'possum with it's four tires bobbing near the surface.


Neither is a good option. I'd continue to be wary of the ice.

we have around 12 inches and we are supose to be gettin highs around 5 -9 so we dont have to worry bout fallin through unless there is a spring near by

sorry but they sink unless you are from Quebec where they fasten pondtoons to the side of atvs i see a pick last year kinda neat but not for me. around here we know that polaris 600 sink pretty good it took us 6 hours to get it out of the water. I would check the ice and a floater suit is nice insurance.

 

Kawy650 Check my picture and the last one might be the one your talking about. Unless you have one of those of your insurance cove that kind of driving, stay off the Ice for a few week's...
