Default Which Quad?

I want a mud riding, smooth riding, 4x4 auto quad. What would be best?

Sportsman 400 auto 4x4

Eiger 400 auto 4x4

Kodiak 400 auto 4x4

For mud you want good ground clearance and all four tires pulling. For smooth ride you want independant rear suspension. The Sportsman is the only one of these choices that has all these.

if thats all thats important to you than the outlander is the best but if you want reliability than its not because it will use that best warenty that it has to the fullest extent. out of the three that you listed i would chose the pol. If you want the best all around of the three it is with out question the eiger. it has the best power and handeling and so far the best reliability out of the other two. But i dont like saying it but the pol with independent rear will be better riding and better in the mud but it is very fat and lazy. If i were you i would test drive all of them before buying.

suzuki4ever i would love to here what kind of warenty problems you know about . the only things i have heard of are 2003 year bikes had a few buggs that were worked out by mid year ( voltage reg.relocate, speedo fogging up, clicking in the torsion bar on rear ) none of these have showed up in the 2004 model that i am aware of . oh ya the stock tires suck in the mud but a set of black waters or titans are an easy fix . please post any other problems you know of so i can look for service bullatains !!!

I'd have to throw in the Kodiak 450, not the 400. The 450 has the diff lock option which greatly increases your mudding, climbing, pulling capabilities.
