Ok guys...is water up to the seat okay for long periods of time. When riding I like to do some fishing and sometimes I have to ride the ATV down into the lakes to get to where the fish are. I've never had any problems but it can't be good? Got some nice size trout though.

The belt intake is under the racks on the Grizzly. So anything over the fenders is to deep. Besides if the water is over the fenders you need a boat not a quad.

theres one of those in the woods behind my house...theres 3-4 pool of water...the first ones are only about 6-12 inches deep depending on how much rain we've gotten...the last one is about 2 foot deep...it was a big deal 2 years ago when i had never driven anywhere but a field...hehe...now im trying to dig it deeper...its mostly sand at the bottom i think..

I agree but realisticaly normal driving would only have the engine under water or partially submerged for a few seconds. The worst that could happen is it would suck water into the engine and you would have to drain the carb and cylinder and change all your fluids.
