IV decided on one thing that I want a honda for sure.....And price is no problem ...and as far as size Im looking for big but not too big that its hard to handle..I would perfer it to have a nice amount of speed and power...I ride in alot of mud ..hills.. rocks...some prety tough trails so it needs to be able to handle about anything

well i'm sorry to hear that you're wanting a honda. i used to be a big honda fan, but IMO they've fallen behind all the other manufacturers. they still have the same awesome reliability, but that's it. they lag WAY behind in the features department compared to the rest. good luck and i hope you enjoy the machine you decide on.

How close is your nearest Honda dealership and how well do they treat their customers? If they're not close to you, or don't have extended hours in their service department a simple little replacement part or repair(even under warranty) can mean days(or weeks) of downtime. Once you decide WHAT to buy, try to learn at least a little about WHO you're dealing with. Service after the sale IS important, so try to talk to people that have bought from where ever you think you'll make your purchase. Sales staff just dangle the 'bait' in front of you , but the parts/service departments are what make or break a dealer

hondas are nice but ive owned 3 4x4s. trx 300,450 foreman ,rubicon 500.power is ok only real complaint is no locker .if you plan on being in a real lot of mud a full locker is nice to have.dont get me wrong it will still go through some serious mud but the locker is nice to have.

I also use to be a Honda fan four years ago, but when the Prairie 650 was released a saw the light, bought a Prairie 650, no regrets, extremely reliable and only pleasure!!! This quad is great! and the Prairie 700 is even better ! The Rubicon is a good utility quad, but not quick enough to follow other quads, the Rincon is faster because it is overgeared, meaning it has no torque and not very much power, only more top speed, so it is not a very good utility quad and its accelerations are mediocre at a high price. Hondas are good but aren't the best anymore come unto the bright side, buy the best and nevermind the rest!!!
Here are the top choices for 2005:
1)Suzuki KingQuad700EFI
2)Kawasaki Brute Force 750 V-Twin
3)Kawasaki Prairie 700 V-Twin
