Hey all I just wanted to say Hi and thanks for helping me select the ATV I purchased.
I bought an 05' Grizzly, w/ the Yamaha deal winch. I also purchased the 27" mudlites and Type 5 wheels. I have only ridden it 5 miles so far cause the snow is way to deep to ride, over 3 feet in most areas close to me, heck I got it stuck in my front yard last nite and had to winch it out. If anybody is close to me Lockport, NY area and wants to go riding sometime email me
Thanks,

Keith

Well if the snows too deep to ride then that means it's time to install aftermarket goodies. Here's the first things I did to my 2005 grizz. Buy some diamond plate body armour for the underside of your rig to protect it instead of the stock cheap plastic.(ebay) The grizz is a little tippy- buy 1&1/2 spacers for all the wheels- not only does this fix the stability but the wider stance lets you ride outside the trail ruts. Course then you need fender flares to stop all the mud the wider tires throw up. Then a snorkle kit from Snorkem. Handwarmers a must then......

Wow 3 feet? We are lucky to get 3 inches maybe once a year. Anyways I rode the very same setup that you just bought today in sand/volcanic ash piles today and wow it is alot more than my eiger. Congrats and welcome.
