OEM parts or aftermarket?

Well figure you need: a wrist pin, circlips, piston, rings, gaskets, roller bearing and valves...
wrist pin= about 12 bucks
bearings= about 12 bucks
piston=depending on what you're getting can range from around 60 to 80 or 90 bucks.
rings cost around $20-25
valves I'd guess will be under $10
gaskets I'd guess aren't too expensive
circlips are cheap
So I'd guess you'd be looking around 150ish. You also have to add labor if needed. This is just a rough guess though. A top end rebuild with OEM parts for one of my triple cylinder toys cost me almost 500 and I did it myself!

It is a 1997 Suzuki KINGQUAD it was the 280cc oil air cooled i think it would be called a LT-F4WDXV.
22HP if it makes any difference.

Just had mine done. Parts were $1,500 but the dealer paid for it all. Took it for my first ride today and it runs great.

Long story but I had taken it in for a routine maintenance and they didn't tighten the oil plug. When I took it out for a ride it came out! Motor locked up and that was that.

Suzuki took real good care of me. Not only did they fix it but game me a 90 day warrenty on the engine.
