Default 05 kodiak and 04 Grizzly help!!!

I have an 05 kodiak 400 4x4 and my friend has an 04 Grizzly, they both have the same problem. When goin thru high water or heavy mud they start cutting off like they are hitting a rev limiter or something. Its like they ignition is breaking down and they lose power. Anyone else have this problem!!!!

Pack the spark plug boots and any electrical connections with dielectric grease.
It sounds like steam. They are rich from the factory, so when they hit water and create steam, the steam chokes the intake, displacing the air. Mine did the exact same thing. If you rejet with a dyno jet kit, it fixes it completely and gives you more power. A high flow filter would also help because it would lean it slightly and make it alot less likely.

Another thing to do is use dielectric grease on your front diff wires connection.

if you have these quads in 4x4 mode front diff locked, they are hitting the rev lim. The override button under the starter button should help out (must hold)
