Default County fair atv pull

Just for grins I went to the county fair and watched the atv pull.

Here is a quick brief

In the lower classes, Polaris just seemed to run away with it.

In stock big bore, kawasaki praires seemed to rule. The BF's couldn't match
their sibling. The Griz, KQ, were nothing special, the polaris did well.

I will say I thought the Griz looked just fantastic as most had c series rims
and more aggressive tires. It seemed different looking at them under lights
than in the dealer showroom.

One young man blew his engine trying to pull the weight, a very expensive
loss to him.

I just entered my first pull about a month ago and beat a Polaris 800 in the big bore class. But he was trying to pull in high range so I can say I beat the rider not neccessarily the bike. Had I upped my weight to the max allowed as his was it might have been closer in the 2wd class.

Oh well that night the kawi prairies seem to rule the big bores. I forgot to mention
the Arctic cats were pretty much in the middle of the pack. No bombs, but a few
over powered grizz. But when push came to pull, the would all get just so far before
spinning all wheels. One thing of note, out of 50 or so machines, there was not one
Honda. The announcer even kidded about one person atv being a Honda because
it looked like it was pulling with 3 wheels. I definately see Honda with a different
light after that. Although I really never would pull weights like that intentionally..
