14" Tires and Rims

You get a shorter stiffer sidewall. Easier to slide around corners. Maybe a little less probability of a side wall puncture. Personnaly, I don't think it's worth the money unless you just want to be a little different than everybody else.

they look real nice and have a very aggressive tread design.

I just put the 12 inch version of the itp mud lite radial and didn't see much difference between the mud lite and the mud lite radial the radial rides a bit smoother and grips the rocks and roots better but I don't think they were worth the extra cost over the mud lites. Good Luck

Its all just personal pref but i think that the 14inch rims make the quad look more tough, also if you use it on road more than off road than it would be easier to find car tires to fit the 14inch rims rather than the 12inch rims.just some food for thought.

Personally for off road riding I’d prefer a smaller wheel since the tire also plays a significant part in the shock absorption process. If you were confining yourself to dirt trails / tracks or other similar smooth surfaces then a larger wheel / smaller profile tire combination will improve your handling by reducing the amount of tire sidewall flex.
However if you are riding in the woods or where you would otherwise find lots of rock and tend to be an aggressive rider, the smaller wheel / higher tire profile combination will reduce the amount of shock that is transmitted to the machine and to you. It should also reduce the chance of getting wheel damage caused by rock impacts...
