Default aftermarket CDI for the Grizzly 660

Ok... who has one on, and how well does it improve the Grizz?

What I've read up on it so far... is that it doesn't do a whole lot, as the factory CDI box doesn't really do a lot of resticting...

A guy I talked with today, who use to own one, said it really woke it up, and went on to say that he could do 75mph on it with 27in 589s... To be honest, I think he's full of crap... but I'd like to hear what the people that have an aftermarket CDI box on their Grizzly has to say...

On a side note... my buddy just put a Dalton Clutch kit on his 02 Grizz, and he says he can't really notice a difference... anyone else have better luck with their clutch kit?

i don't have a grizzly but i did install the copperhead gen 2 (vdi) on my brute 750. the quad goes like crazy now. they do have one at the velocity devices web page or you may wanna check with dynatech. i was happy with the install and it only takes about 10 minutes, did cost 400 dollars though

you should contact the guys at this company, they are really quick on replies and talk to them on it. i don't see why there would be a problem with the grizz cdi. worth buying ( run cooler, more torque+ horse, reverse rev gone, programmable) best of all my brute can roll over backwards no problem, can't wait to hit the mud with mine
