Default Sliming a Tire Part 2

Sorry i didnt clarify my first post clearly enough
i have a tire that leaks from around the bead
i always hear of people who slime the tires to keep the bead from leaking (even Rocky Mountain does this in there tire/wheel kits)
i was wonder how ud slime a tire for leaks around the bead or is it the same as a regular puncture hole
Thanks

i did it the same way, just put it in the already mounted tire and go. we did it on our t.blazer when i replaced stock tires w/ m.lites and the bead leaked as yours and took off cap squeezed slime in and refilled w/ air rode and finshed.

the same way, the slime will spread evenly in the tire, and the air leaking from the bead will suck the slime in it and will fill the gap.

My dad had the same problem... He slimed and also used a rubber mallet on the rim near the leak... worked like a charm... Just remove the stem, squeeze the slime in, replace stem, and over-inflate. Ride (moderately) for about 10-15 min. Make sure you turn both ways several times to force tire against rim. Reduce air pressure...
