Are the trailerable ATV covers good? Do they flap around? I need to cover my Quad and leave in a Apartment parking space and want a good cover or the best. Who makes the best cover. They are all different prices.

I got my cover from the Bass Pro Shop. Not sure if it is the best but it worked for what I needed. I know keep it in a shed at my brothers place so the cover is no longer needed.

I just bought a trailerable cover from Cabella's but haven't had it long enough to give a good evaluation. Quality seems to be fine. Other covers of this type I have used on boats and such always required the addition of extra grommets along the bottom edges to help eliminate the flapping when at hiway speeds. I suspect this one will be the same.

About a hunnard bucks for the super extra large size.

AirborneB,

I think the best "trailerable" cover is the Dowco Guardian. It ran me approx. $135.00 for an extra extra large for my 05 Eiger. It's designed extreemely well and is bomb proof.

Got the name Airborne when I got out of the Army and the B part is from my first name due to someone else taking Airborne!

I wouldnt be as worried about covering it as I would be for someone stealing it. If it is going to be parked in an apartment building parking space, I would definitely spend some money on security as well; Wheel locks, alarm, chain and a pitbull dog.

I too would be worried about some low life eye balling it. I'd atleast run a heavy chain or two and have it INSURED against theif.
AIRBORNEB, what unit were you in and when. I was in the 82ND from 78 to 82. Had a great time, whish I'd done 20 years. What I'd give to be 18 again.
